Article 3 – Cancellations: Cancellation of your order reservation for any reason whatsoever does not exempt you from full payment of the sums you owe to the company W.B conciergerie . Under these conditions, W.B conciergerie  strongly advises its customers to take out cancellation insurance or use the cancellation cover on their VISA PREMIER or GOLD MASTERCARD card. As a rule, any changes are treated as a cancellation followed by a new order, incurring the applicable cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation for any reason whatsoever, costs outside the package and already incurred by the customer (issuance of visas, other travel documents, vaccination costs, etc.) cannot be reimbursed in any way. Any interrupted or shortened stay or any service not consumed by the customer for any reason whatsoever does not give rise to any refund. Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing (mail, fax, or e-mail) as soon as the customer is notified of the need to cancel your trip. When the customer has taken out cancellation insurance, the company W.B conciergerie  reminds him that it is his responsibility to directly inform the insurer of the cancellation or any other claim under the conditions and deadlines indicated in the contract appearing on this site. 3.1 – Cancellation scale for reservations outside “exclusivity Riad”: Cancellation fees are those applied when a customer cancels their reservation: more than 60 days before arrival: 50 (fifty) euros per room, 60 to 15 days before arrival: 50% (fifty percent) of the total amount of nights booked, less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount of nights booked. 3.2 – Cancellation scale for “exclusivity Riad” reservations: Cancellation fees are those applied when a customer or a group of customers cancels their reservation: more than 90 days before arrival: 250 (two hundred and fifty) euros for the Riad, 90 to 61 days before arrival: 50% (fifty percent) of the total amount of nights booked, 60 to 30 days before arrival: 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total amount of nights booked, less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount of nights booked. The aforementioned cancellation costs will be settled by the partial or total non-refund of the deposit paid and, if necessary, by the debit card of the additional balance. These cancellation costs may be covered by cancellation insurance if this was taken out by the customer when making their reservation. No refund will be granted if, for any reason whatsoever, the customer does not show up at RIAD LA PEITE MAJORELLE on the dates and times of his reservation, or, abandons the stay in progress, or, renounces the services included in the stay sold. Likewise, if the client cannot present the police or health documents required for his trip (passport, identity card, visa, vaccinations, etc…).

Please book our pick-up service at least 1 day before arrival so that we can be sure to have a car available. You can arrange your departure with our manager on-site at the riad.
